Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the rest of the product team to ensure that the best possible product is created. You will be expected to fulfill the following:

• Contribute new product and/or feature ideas
• Work with product managers to estimate QA activities and resources required to meet the project plan
• Plan and execute various testing activities and troubleshoot issues encountered during solution implementation
• Work with technical writers to ensure that all product documentation meets the same standards as the product itself
• Troubleshoot support issues and provide feedback to the technical team
• Have fun at all times and help ensure that our environment is rewarding for everyone

Experience

We expect that you have at least a couple years of solid quality assurance experience, ideally with the SharePoint or Office platforms. The list below outlines the must-haves for you to be considered for the position:

• 3+ years quality assurance, performance and security testing experience
• Excellent ability to effectively and tactfully communicate in English orally and in writing with team members and customers
• Ability to write and execute test scripts
• Ability to plan and execute various testing activities and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to work independently, or lead a team of QA testers to meet project quality objectives
• Good understanding of testing in an agile development environment
• Proficiency working with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint
