One of the keys to a successful SharePoint and Collabware product rollout is to properly train your users so that they can get the most out of the investment you’ve made. We offer a number of training options, covering general SharePoint training and Collabware product training. We'll help you determine what training will best support your organization.
End-user Training
This training covers general use of SharePoint and Collabware products from an end-user, contributor perspective, and is designed to get your users comfortable with SharePoint so that they can be effective immediately.
Records Manager Training
This training is targeted specifically at records managers and focuses on use of the Collabware SharePoint Records Management Accelerator to build out and manage your organization’s file plan and retention schedule.
Portal Manager Training
This training covers administrative use of SharePoint and Collabware products, and is designed to assist your portal administrators and managers with portal build-out and maintenance tasks.
All training is offered on a per-attendee basis. The training can be provided through one of our scheduled training sessions at our facility in Vancouver, BC or can be provided as needed at your location. Users will be provided with training materials that can be used for continual reference.
