We provide Standard Support for all Collabware products and versions, which includes:
Technical Email Support
If you have questions regarding installation or configuration, you can reach out to us via email and we’ll help you out - 5 incidents are included in standard support. Please keep in mind that this support option is available for Collabware products only. We offer general SharePoint support at an hourly rate.
Software Maintenance Updates and Minor Version Upgrades
We will always provide you with any software maintenance updates that are released, and you are automatically entitled to any software minor version upgrades. We will notify you of important updates so that you are aware of the options available and can plan accordingly.
Documentation and Tutorials
All installation and configuration documentation and tutorials can be accessed online through our website and secure customer portal.
Premium Support
Optionally, you may enroll in our Premium Support program, which entitles you to all of the benefits of Standard Support plus the following:
